Former Police Commissioner, General Bheki Cele described his relationship with President Zuma as ‘very fine’, saying the meeting with him was short and cordial. Speaking at a news conference at the National Press Club in Pretoria, Cele said the newly appointed Police Commissioner, Mangwashi Victoria “Riah” Phiyega, did not steal his job. He said she answered the same call as he, two years ago.
