UK authorities close surgery of Zim doctor given farm from which whites were forced off

A Zimbabwean doctor who was in the news earlier this year after being given a farm owned by white farmers who were forced off their land has had his UK surgery shut down. This is after inspectors found a healthcare assistant at the Nottingham surgery posing as a doctor‚ the British newspaper The Telegraph reported.It said Dr Sylvester Nyatsuro had resigned on Wednesday‚ the day before an inspection report on his surgery was published.Although not a qualified medical professional‚ the healthcare assistant‚ who was employed in March this year‚ took part in nearly 900 clinical procedures‚ including diagnoses‚ assessments of wounds and infections‚ and diabetes reviews‚ according to The Telegraph.Organisation at the practice was described as “chaotic” and employees said there was a culture of fear and blame with staff being reprimanded or shouted at by management‚ it said...
