The African National Congress has already made it an offer of the mayoral post in Plettenberg Bay's council‚ the United Front said on Thursday. Hardly a month after National Union of Metalworkers of South Africa (Numsa) boss Irvin Jim and former Congress of South African Trade Unions (Cosatu) leader Zwelinzima Vavi were at Veeplaas community hall in Port Elizabeth‚ Nelson Mandela Bay‚ where they unveiled their candidates for the Eastern Cape‚ Vavi said it would be “irresponsible” of him to speak about the movement’s operations. How did your ward/city vote? With that said‚ we are open to anyone that is willing to work with us‚” said Mtsila. At 7:54 pm the DA was leading with 48.58, ANC 40.99, AUF (Active United Front) 5.36% in Bitou...
