Die Tuindwergies will introduce their new album this weekend while attempting to set a world record.
The album, Terwyl die Donker Wolke Dans will be launched at Firkin Centurion and the record for the most shots of Jagermeister consumed at once by a single group of people will be attempted.
They are aiming for 1 000 SHOTS, or 25 litres of Jagermeister, going down in one second.
There will be prize giveaways from Jagermeister and Hyundai Centurion, and prizes will be given for the best tweets sporting the #JagerDwerg hashtag.
The band says: "Dit gaan 'n aand wees vir die rekordboeke. Letterlik." (It will be a night for the record books. Literally.)
Date: Friday, July 6
Venue: Firkin Centurion,
Time: 8pm
Tickets: R50
