The Cape Town Folk ‘n Acoustic Music Festival is set to go ahead on 30 August.

Get ready for a melange of Folk, Flamenco, Cape Jazz, Bluegrass, Celtic and more with the Cape Town Folk ‘n Acoustic Music Festival.

Music Experience, in association with Real Wired Music and Sedgwick’s Old Brown Sherry, have announced the 6th instalment of the festival.

24 South African artists will be showing off their stuff at the intimate concert-style setting. The evening is set to be an experience of South African storytelling from the personal journeys of some of SA’s finest songwriters.

The line up includes some of SA`s finest musicians and the following collaborations have been confirmed:

The winner of the competition will receive an Alvarez guitar from Music Experience and will get to open the Cape Town Folk ‘n Acoustic Music Festival at the Baxter.
