A battle to force Generations executive producer and MMSV owner is on the cards as the sacked sixteen are set to take Vundla to court over UIF monies.

In addition to seeking payment over Generations royalty syndication fees and wanting their jobs back, the fired actors will now seek to force Vundla to pay them UIF monies reports City Press.

Through their lawyer, Bulelani Mzamo, the sixteen want Vundla to contribute to the Unemployment Insurance Fund (UIF) and pay any penalties incurred for not doing so since the fund was established in 2001. But Vundla has refuted this saying: “Since they are freelancers, we aren’t obliged to contribute." He will however attend a court hearing regarding the matter should he be required to do so.
