The Tswana radio station is experiencing a mass departure of talent after two of their top DJs and station manager left to join rival stations.

Douglas Mosadi, Modisane Modise and Sibongile Mtyali have left the station.

Mosadi and Modise are now apart of North West FM's line-up while Mtyali who was formerly the station manager of Motsweding has joined Metro FM according to The Sowetan.

Two more Motsweding FM presenters are set to be included in North West FM's radio line-up, confirmed the station's manager, David Mabusela. He said the names of the presenters would be released soon. On why his station had opted to poach Modisane, Mabusela said he was the best.

"The man has over 800 000 listeners and we want him to jack up our afternoon drive show. We are looking for the best talent in order to put the station on top. When we saw him doing a Saturday show after winning the MTN award, we gave him an offer he couldn't refuse," said Mabusela.
