'Top Gear' trio together again on IP TV

Jeremy Clarkson‚ fired by the BBC after he assaulted a producer on its Top Gear show‚ has joined the new smart TV age by signing a contract with US internet retailer Amazon.com. Clarkson's co-hosts on Top Gear‚ James May and Richard Hammond‚ have signed up with him and it is likely that amazon will launch a show very much like Top Gear‚ but available only on IP TV.Clarkson tweeted: "I'm very excited to announce that Hammond‚ May and I have signed a deal with @AmazonVideo".Website The Verge quoted Clarkson saying: "I feel like I’ve climbed out of a biplane and into a spaceship. Amazon? Oh yes. I have already been there. I got bitten by a bullet ant."May added: "We have become part of the new age of smart TV. Ironic‚ isn’t it?"..
