Emtee joins popular soapie Muvhango

Rapper Emtee has added to his growing repertoire of skills by landing himself a role on popular SABC 2 soapie‚ Muvhango.Emtee’s management has confirmed to TMG Entertainment that the Roll Up singer has been filming with the show for the last two weeks and is set to make a dozen appearances on the show.Speaking to Sunday World  recently‚ Emtee explained that he will be playing the role of a young business graduate called Melusi.“Melusi is cool‚ very humble and down to earth‚ but is‚ unfortunately‚ a repenting criminal because while at school‚ he used to get on the wrong side of the law. "His family was also not supportive of Melusi‚ neglecting him as a youngster‚ which landed him with ‘uncool’ friends‚” he said. Emtee added that acting was something he’s always been interested in doing and his appearances are a dream come true.“Acting has always been something I wanted to pursue. To be honest‚ I was never trained in it‚ but I’m prepared to learn as I go along. It’s a huge deal for me‚” he told the paper.Emtee is set to make his debut on the show in June.Meanwhile‚ Emtee is also set to release his own clothing label next month...
