The Queen of fitness is back and doing her thing. As the cold months slowly edge closer, Khabonina has shared some though on why you shouldn't change your gym clothes for a cosy blanket under the couch, no matter how tempting.
“Many think that winter is a great time to relax and skip exercises. In fact, it’s even more important to exercise in winter than in summer since we spend lots of time lying on the couch growing and tend to eat more high calorie foods.”
Not only does the fitness fundi say that most people tend to pile on the kilos during this time, she’s appealed to everyone to take the saying ‘Summer bodies are made in winter’ to heart.
“Exercising all year round gives you fantastic benefits in your appearance and health, and helps you boost your energy and productivity.”
The TV star goes on to list reasons why it is important not to neglect your health and fitness at any time.
