Fresh from Paradise Island in Mauritius, AKA has taken to Twitter to address a few things with his fans, including but not limited to - his new car, not posting a series of snaps with Bonang during their trip, and being "invincible to criticism and hate." You ready for it?

Pleased with himself for purchasing a BMW X6 M

It's been over three weeks since it was revealed that AKA had bought himself a blue BMW X6 M, and it seems he's awfully thrilled about his choice. Taking to Twitter, the rapper boasted about some of the specs of his car, which includes ConnectedDrive that allows him to tweet from his latest flashy whip.

"Sorry guys .... BMW connect has these templates that you can tweet from your whip. Apologies for disturbing your evening," he tweeted, before pointing out that he is "not the type to tweet about how much" his car (worth approximately R2million) costs.

I'm not the type to tweet about how much my car costs. I am the type to make sure it tweets at you. And for that ... I'm sorry.

Not posting a picture with his bae, Bonang Matheba during their stay in Mauritius (Except that vid)

Following his car tweets, AKA expressed that he's ''sorry to disappoint you'' if you were one of many fans who were eagerly waiting for a burst of snaps from the ‘IT’ couple during their recent getaway at Paradise Island in Mauritius.

While other celebrities set social media ablaze with their party pictures in Mauritius, lovebirds AKA and Bonang kept a very low profile. In a series of tweets, AKA explained why the duo opted not to share a single picture together since jetting off.

"Went to Mauritius with my girl and didn't post a single picture. Shame, y'all thought it was going to be a photo shoot huh?" he began explaining, before adding that him and bae are "private people."

"We tired of selling your papers and magazines. You're going to have to use pictures of water, flowers and trees,'' he added.

Despite the strong words, B did post a picture of them together at the airport when they left and AKA posted a video in which B appears.

"I've been liberated from people and their opinions"

While we were still on the fact that he likes to keep his life "private", the rapper broke into another series of tweets where he revealed that he has grown a thick skin, an attribute he claims one should have to be successful in South Africa.

"I must be the most thick skinned, resilient, human being walking the face of this earth," he tweeted.

He further  opened up about how his career, relationship and his daughter are the reasons why he's currently happy with his life.

"Long story short. I'm beaming bro. Love life, career, daughter... Just beaming"
