In a lengthy Instagram post on Monday, Gigi revealed that she had been suffering from an "unbearable stomach ache" for several days before she decided to visit the doctor.
The doctor diagnosed her with stomach ulcers and has put her on treatment that typically can take a month or two to work.

Reflecting on the painful ordeal, Gigi said that she was relieved to finally have a diagnosis for the pain, because it will allow her to now heal and soon be back with her fans and friends.
"What illness when there's good company and loyal friends and a crazy dream to realize? I can't begin to tell you what's in store for the fans and supporters. The name 'Gigi Lamayne' will never be the same for many," Gigi wrote.

"To my family: I love you guys so much. Mom's gonna be alright, squad gonna be alright, we're all gonna be alright. You have no idea what's coming for us," she wrote.
