According to reports in the US, singer Rita Ora has finally settled her dispute with Jay Z's Roc Nation.

The star has been engulfed in a lengthy and bitter court battle with the record label after suing them for not releasing her music.

Roc Nation later counter-sued her for failing to keep her commitment to produce enough material.

But it seems like the two parties have settled their differences and have reached an out-of-court settlement.

A document filed to the New York Supreme Court this week apparently confirmed the settlement, that now leaves Rita free to release music on a new record label.

Speaking to The Sun UK, a source said that Rita is "overjoyed" by the settlement and that she has already started discussions with other labels.

"Once filming wraps on Fifty Shades, she will finalise a new deal and start work on recording her new album," the source added.

And if the star's Instagram is anything to go by, she may already be hard at work on the album.

Rumours that she is working on a possible collaboration with popstar Justin Bieber have also emerged recently.

“They have been working on a secret collaboration for a while and sparks have been flying,” a source told Hollywood Life recently.
