Kelly Khumalo opens up about her battle with positivity

Despite all that she has gone through in the last few years, Kelly Khumalo has often been hailed for her resolve.

But in a touching social media post this week, the singer revealed that there are certain aspects of her life where she just couldn't seem to find enough positivity to overcome her challenges.

"As positive as I am, I must admit that there are areas of my life that were lacking positivity, I left it all to God and often blamed Him when things would not go my way," she said.

She went on to add that she "totally forgot that God gave us authority over everything, meaning: we have the power to speak life into anything."

It's a lesson she hopes to teach her followers and friends.

"You cannot expect a positive out come in anything you want and pray for when you are wrapped up in Negativity. Change your mindset! You need co-operation for (a) manifestation to take place," she taught.
