A host of local celebrities including Kelly Khumalo, Khanyi Mbau and Mafikizolo scored coveted invitations to spend the evening with President Jacob Zuma on Wednesday.

To mark the official countdown to the local government elections, taking place in three weeks time, a number of well-known actors, musicians and sports people came out in full support of the ANC during the star-studded event in Johannesburg hosted by the president.
