Chriselda Dudumashe on her upcoming book: Each chapter took something from me

Chriselda Dudumashe has opened up about the challenges she's faced while writing her upcoming book, You Are Never Alone, claiming that it prompted her to face her fears.

Speaking to Move!, the radio personality revealed that she started writing her book 10 years ago, after she was diagnosed with HIV.

Chriselda explained that her book details her life's experiences, which she hopes will motivate others.

"I talk about the pain, the disappointments and the life experiences and challenges that I have faced and believe other people have gone through as well," she told the local publication.

However, according to her, that didn't come without any obstacles, claiming that it challenged her both physically and emotionally.

"Each chapter took something from me; it felt like I was removing a mask and facing my fears.

After each chapter, I had to go through therapy and spiritual healing which helped me a lot," she said.
