While most celebrities often spend millions on expensive houses, cars, and exotic vacations, it turns out Kwesta has opted for a more frugal and normal lifestyle.
Speaking to DRUM, the Ngud' hitmaker revealed that despite the meteoric rise that his career has witnessed, he remains uninterested in the ''flashy lifestyle'' that often comes with being a celebrity, adding that his top priorities are taking care of his family and remaining true to himself.
"I only want to provide for my family. I'm not into a flashy lifestyle because I want to remain myself. I will always be me, regardless of the heights of success I reach," he told the publication.
Kwesta has a three-year-old daughter, Khai, with his current girlfriend of six years. He explained that the both of them have played a role in keeping him afloat in the wake of his massive success.
"They keep me grounded, because its easy to lose your head in this industry. I am grateful for my family," he revealed.
In a recent interview on SABC 1's Zaziwa, Kwesta admitted that he didn't think he'd be in a relationship for so long, before pointing out that what helped them is the fact that they're both passionate about what they do.
