Since the release of her debut album, Tribute is fast becoming a household name in South Africa, and Africa at large. In addition to her upcoming international tour, the singer is set to perform in Uganda and Tanzania in September and November this year, respectively.

"One of my earliest dreams since I became aware that I can sing was to travel the world, perform on different stages as a solo artist and tell my story," she said in a statement.

"Although I travelled as a young musician and stayed in countries like Dubai, I was still growing as an artist. This tour is different because I will be travelling as a recording artist, taking risks and exploring the world with my music. It is the realization of my dream and I look forward to living it."

The first series of her international tour began in France in the first week of July where she accompanied the SA delegation to commemorate the soldiers who lost their lives during the World War 1 battle in Delville Wood, France, 100 years ago.

She has also performed in Qatar and Dubai alongside one of South Africa’s great jazz pianists, Sylvester Mazinyane.

The reason for the fundraising is for Tribute to travel with her local 5-piece band and to be given an opportunity to showcase SA talent rather than using a band from the host country.
