Actress Baby Cele and actor Yonda Thomas have become the latest additions to the cast of popular SABC 3 soapie Isidingo.
Speaking to TMG Entertainment on Friday, the show's publicist Sumaya Petersen-Mogola confirmed that the pair have joined the show as law enforcement officers intent on cleaning up Horizon Deep.
"We can confirm that the two actors have joined the show," she said.
TV veteran Baby, who recently starred in Mzansi Magic's Zabalaza, will play the role of Sibongile "Bongi" Nene, while Yonda will play the role of officer Majola.
The pair have already started filming with the show and are set to appear on screens from August 10.

Yonda had previously hinted at his role, posting a picture of his production notes.
News of their arrival comes only weeks after former Generations actress Sophie Ndaba revealed that she would be joining the show.
