Seasoned actress Hlubi Mboya has joined the cast of Mzansi Magic's hit drama series, "It's Complicated" for its second season.
Taking to Instagram recently, Hlubi shared the news in a behind-the-scenes snap of herself in character, suggesting that she will be taking on the role of a medical surgeon.
"#ITSCOMPLICATED2 . Rough day in the office. I am #SurgeonMoloi…" she captioned the photo.
In another post, she wrote: "Every Next Level Of Your Life, Will Demand A Different You...#ITSCOMPLICATED2," alongside a snap of herself and the show's directors.
A few weeks ago, Fikile Mthwalo-Kani, who plays a troubled girlfriend Ipeleng on the show, seemingly teased that she will be returning to her role for the second season of It's Complicated, in an Instagram post of her on set.
The first season of the show explored the complex nature of modern-day relationships in the face of marriage, family, friendship, loyalty and gender dynamics. It boasted a star-studded line-up including, Siybonga Radebe, Samela Tyelbooi, Motlatsi Mafatshe, Atandwa Kani and Thishiwe Ziqubu.
