He may live a glamorous life now but it wasn't always that way. Speaking to Anele on her show Real Talk, Touch opened up about his past mistakes.

Touch, who recently started his own entertainment company, Touch Central, with Gareth Cliff says he has made massive mistakes financially.

"With my first big cheque I bought a tt (Audi TT) I went and said I'm tired of a tt and I wanted a different car."

Touch says he was listed on ITC and realised that he didn't even own a house.

"I was renting. I realised that my car is more expensive than the house that I'm living in. In 2008 when I was told that I was out (of ITC) I went straight to Dainfern where I bought a property."

Touch also told Anele that his biggest fear is failure and he isn't shy to pray for money.

Speaking about his time at Metro and his decision to leave, Touch said that in 2014 when speaking at a church he said that he would leave the SABC in two years.

"Metro FM enabled me to expand my horizons but I needed to move on."

It was rumoured that Touch left because he was told that he would be getting a new co-host in the form of Somizi. Confirming what he has previously told TMG Entertainment, Touch said that that was simply not the truth.

"The Touch Down was untouchable. The numbers don't lie."
