SA comedian Loyiso Gola made history on Wednesday when he became the first comedian in the world to feature in a Vimeo live comedy special - and his performance was a sell-out.
Loyiso performed at the prestigious House of Yes in New York, where his performance was recorded live for a comedy special.
And it seems that people were so excited to go see him that they snapped up all the tickets, leaving dozens of disappointed fans outside trying to get in.
The outspoken comedian took to Twitter after his two shows on Wednesday to claim that he had sold out both shows, and apologised to fans who did not get the chance to see him in action.
The Loyiso Gola Live In New York show is the first comedy special to be produced by mega internet video service Vimeo, as part of the company's push to produce more original content on its platforms.
