Hold up! When did Trevor Noah become South Africa’s finance minister?

It seems Babes Wodumo isn't the only one who doesn't know who Pravin Gordhan is...

The groom, who appeared on the most recent episode of Mzansi Magic's hit reality show Our Perfect Wedding, clearly wasn't unaware that while Trevor Noah might be bringing in copious amounts of money into South Africa through hosting The Daily Show, he's not quite the finance minister of the country.

In a (failed) attempt to poke fun at his wife, the groom said that she is his "Trevor Noah, Ms. Finance," suggesting that the world-renowned comedian serves as a political head.

And of course, Twitter wouldn't allow that comment go unnoticed...
