We know that you've been dying to get your hands on Zakes Bantwini's highly anticipated album, Love, Light and Music 2. But we have some bad news.

The album, which was supposed to be released later this year, has been pushed back to late 2017 after Zake's computer, which had the album on it, crashed.

Taking to Instagram on Thursday, Zakes told fans that he was not able to work in studio for the last two weeks because of the mishap.

He revealed that the album is now set to be released in September 2017.

But turn that smile upside down, fam, because it's not all bad news.

You see, Zakes has a plan B and he's decided to release another album instead.

"Don't panic! Next month I will release another album I've been working on parallel to Love, Light and Music 2. My new album title is called: Conversations with Steve Biko," he announced.

Zakes even went as far as to introduce us to the interesting artwork for the new album - a black sketch of the musician standing next to an enthusiastic Steve Biko.

Zakes said that he will be announcing the tracklist for the album next Monday.

Conversations with Steve Biko will be Zakes' first album since his 2013 release, The Fake Book & Real Book: My Music Bible.
