The twins were performing at a popular venue in the trendy Johannesburg district, when a window of their Mercedes Benz V-Class tour van was smashed. The thugs got away with cellphones and equipment.

They took to Twitter the next day to recount the experience, and complain about the lack of artist parking in the area.

The break-in comes only weeks after reality star Lexi van Niekerk took to social media to recount how her car window was smashed while attending an event in Sandton.

She said that nothing was taken from the car, but the vehicle next to hers was stolen.
