Queen B is set to light up local TV screens later this year when she finally launches her highly-anticipated reality show.

After years of speculation about Bonang bagging a reality show, the star has finally made space in her busy schedule to record one.

  • I am not afraid of anyone in the industry, says Nasty CRapper Nasty C may be one of the youngest rappers in South Africa, however the Hell Naw hitmaker is on top of his game and is not intimidated by a single musician in the industry.  

TshisaLIVE first broke the news of the upcoming reality show earlier this month, and since then several new details about the show have emerged.

Here's everything you need to know...

What's it called?

Bonang took to Instagram on Thursday to officially announce that her reality show will be called Being Bonang. Fancy hey.

When does it start?

The show will launch in July on Vuzu AMP. It is produced by Bonang Matheba Entertainment and Bar Leader TV.

Has it already started filming?

The camera's have been rolling for several weeks already and have been capturing some of Bonang's day-to-day moments for fans.

 

What is it about?

According to the show's producers, Being Bonang will follow Queen B in her day-to-day life and business dealings. Viewers will see her juggling business success with family, romance, and stardom.

Who will appear on the show?

Fans can look forward to seeing a number of famous faces including her man AKA, her mom, her cousin Tebogo “Pinky Girl” Mekgwe and her bestie Lorna Maseko.

Why a reality show?

Bonang told Destiny that she is " a very private person" but felt like it was time for people to see "how the magic is created". Mzansi Magic added that "Bonang is finally at a point in her life where she’s comfortable to give her fans a glimpse of what they’ve been so eagerly anticipating".
