Can somebody please pass Swizz Beatz a "proudly South African" badge? The guy is practically one of us!

The US award-winning producer is a big fan of Mzansi and has occasionally given us a glimpse of his love for our country on social media.

Swizz never misses an opportunity to push our culture to his millions of fans and even has famous South African friends.

Here's just three reasons why we think Swizz should pack it all in and come be one of us.

He loves our dance moves

Swizz had his fans dancing when the posted a video of South African children dancing along to a local house track. Is that DJ Bongz's Gwara Gwara dance we see?

He's a huge fan and friend of DJ Black Coffee

Swizz is a big fan of our Black Coffee and took to Instagram last year to post a video of himself holding Black Coffee's Pieces of Me album.

"This new Black Coffee album is crazy," The producer told his followers, before lifting a copy of the album for them to see.

He dresses like us

When Swizz isn't suited up, he likes to kick it back in a number of outfits inspired by African design and patterns.

Swizz and his wife Alicia Keys apparently even performed a traditional Zulu wedding and blessing ceremony while over here in 2010.
