"Watching 14 different people from different walks of life interact is big fun. I enjoy the controversy," says Kurt Jacobs.
"What makes it even more interesting is that there is no script that needs to be followed. It's open format - they speak their minds.
"It's also fascinating that they are always challenging each other and have tasks that keep them a team.
"Munyaradzi Chidzonga is arrogant, picks on everybody and lacks respect. I appreciate that, as much as you have to voice your opinions, you still need to respect others," says the 30-year-old.
