Blink-182’s drummer Travis Barker had to undergo an emergency operation.
The pop-punks announced on their website that they are rescheduling a small number of their US tour dates, but have pulled the vast majority as Barker needs an urgent tonsillectomy.
According to a statement, his recovery period "is expected to extend beyond the scheduled tour dates".
The band apologises for any inconvenience as a result of these cancellations and thanks their fans for their ongoing support."
According to NME, the band revealed earlier this year that they're already working on a follow-up to their most recent offering, 2011’s Neighborhoods.
