According to eonline.com the TV host and her reality TV star husband are patiently, or perhaps not-so-patiently, awaiting the arrival of their first child, a son, born via gestational surrogate.

The soon-to-be first-time mother may be just days away from her well-earned maternity leave from the E! airwaves but the duo is ready just in case baby decides to make an earlier than they expected arrival.

"On the plane to Denver!" Bill tweeted on Monday. "Baby watch has officially started!"

Baby watch, and some last-minute R&R for the duo, who are currently awaiting the birth of their first child.

"Heading out for a hike with @GiulianaRancic here in Colorado," Bill wrote this morning. "Can't go too far. Waiting for that call any day now!"

That makes two of them.

"Can't wait!" Giuliana responded.
