Jack Osbourne and fiancee Lisa Stelly will have a "low-key" wedding in Hawaii this weekend.

Ozzy Osbourne’s son and the reality star and fiancee Lisa Stelly - who have a daughter Pearl together - have only just sent out the invitations to close friends and family in order to keep the nuptials secret, a source said.

Osbourne Jr. was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis (MS) shortly after Pearl's birth earlier this year and though he admits the news was initially hard to take, he now knows his condition is "manageable" and says he has other priorities ahead of his medical problems.

He said: "I'm alright. I think when you get news like, 'You have MS,' it's a bit of a buzz kill, but when you do a bit of research into it, you realise it's quite manageable as long as you take care of yourself.

"Having a new baby is forcing me to just focus on that and work, so it takes the sting away a little bit."
