Kelly Osbourne wants to earn enough money so that her parents Sharon and Ozzy Osbourne can enjoy a more than comfortable retirement.

The 29-year-old star insists her ''shopaholic'' mother Sharon, 62, and 65-year-old father Ozzy Osbourne - who are estimated to be worth £130 million - have had to cope with ''too much s**t'' to still have work late into their lives, so she has set her sights on bankrolling their retirement.

She said: ''My dream is to make enough money doing what I love so that my parents never have to work again and I can look after them. ''They've been through too much s**t, it's enough already.''

Kelly - who was recently left devastated when her Fashion Police co-host Joan Rivers died aged 81 - joked her dad will be ''with a Zimmer frame still on stage'' if he can so she wants him to quit singing live.

The TV presenter paid tribute to her parents for giving her ''so much'' throughout her life and hopes they will go travelling around the world when they finally stop working. Speaking to Fairfax Media, she added: ''They run a huge business and I want eventually for them to be able to be that couple on a yacht travelling the world and not have to worry about anything, because they've given me so much. It's time for us to look after them.''

The Osbournes have been through plenty of ups and downs in recent years not least when Jack Osbourne - Kelly's younger brother - was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis (MS) two years ago. What's more, Ozzy nearly died in a quad bike accident in December 2003, and last year Sharon - who he has been married to since 1982 - walked out on him after he started drinking and abusing prescription drugs again.

But the Talk host - who also has 31-year-old daughter Aimee with Ozzy - later took the Black Sabbath frontman back and admitted she only walked out to teach him a lesson and show she wasn't ''weak''.
