Kylie and Kendall Jenner are allegedly attempting to trademark their names. The famous sisters both filed applications to copyright their monikers last month in a bid to assert themselves as international stars. Kylie, 17 - who is currently dating rapper Tyga - is eager to secure control of her name as she continued to pursue a burgeoning role as a reality TV star, thanks to her part on Keeping Up With The Kardashians. According to gossip website TMZ, Kylie is trademarking her name for ''entertainment in the nature of providing information by means of a global computer network in the fields of entertainment, fashion and pop culture.'' The website also reports the teenager is claiming the name for personal appearances ''by a celebrity, actress and model,'' and could prosecute other stars using her first name if it becomes a source of confusion. Meanwhile her older sister, Kendall, 19 - who, along with Kylie, is also a half sibling to Kim, Khloe, Kourtney and Rob Kardashian as well as Bruce Jenner's older children Burt, Brandon, Brody and Casey - is keen to protect her title as she continues to forge a career as a fashion model.
