Rocco - the 15-year-old son of Madonna and Guy Ritchie - has been ordered to spend Christmas with his mother in New York. Madonna's teenage son Rocco has been ordered to spend Christmas with his pop star mother.Rocco, 15, has recently been staying in London with his movie director father, Guy Ritchie, but he's been told by a judge that he instead has to spend the festive season with his mother at her townhouse in New York. The decision was made by Manhattan Supreme Court Justice Deborah Kaplan, who ordered Rocco to travel home after Madonna decided to take the issue to court earlier today (23.12.15).However, Ritchie's attorney Eric Buckley told the judge: ''He has expressed very clearly that he does not want to return to New York.'' Rocco's reluctance to spend Christmas with his mother is apparently because he has been traveling with Madonna across the world for her Rebel Heart tour.A source told the New York Post newspaper: ''The boy said he didn't want to stay with her. ''He's not getting along with his mom, which is not a surprise for a child that age.''Madonna - whose divorce from Ritchie was finalised in 2008 - revealed earlier this year that her son would have a behind-the-scenes role during her tour. She said: ''I think he's probably gonna work behind the scenes. ''He's not interested in performing on stage with me right now. There's way cooler things.''..
