Dr Phil says Kanye West is seeking attention with his recent outrageous Twitter outbursts. While chat show host Chelsea Handler labelled Kanye as ''unstable'' for his foul-mouthed rants on social media and his renewed feud with Taylor Swift after he claimed he made her famous, Dr Phil believes Kanye knows exactly what he's doing.He told 'The Late Late Show' host James Corden: ''You can't be that wrong, that many times in a row, unless you're working on it. ''We're talking about it, aren't we? We are here talking about. He just gets up and says something, and so, here we are talking about it, so it's working.''Dr Phil's comments come after Handler blasted West as ''a maniac'', saying: ''He's unstable and he's delusional.
