The first full trailer for ‘Resident Evil: Retribution’ in 3D, starring Milla Jovovich in the fifth instalment from the franchise, hit the Internet June 14.

Based on the Capcom video games, Alice turns her battle against the Umbrella Corporation from Tokyo to Washington DC and Moscow.

The sci-fi/horror/zombie/action film directed by Paul W.S. Anderson co-stars Michelle Rodriguez (Avatar) and brings back characters who had died in previous sequels, including Sienna Guillory, Oded Fehr, Shawn Roberts and Boris Kodjoe.

Footage for the sci-fi horror action film opens on an idyllic home scene that suddenly goes wrong as the T-virus zombies ravage the Earth. Alice discovers more of her mysterious past as she fights to save the world from the outbreak and its ultimate destruction.

RE5 premieres in Taiwan and opens in most markets worldwide September 13 and 14, followed by the UK, Germany and Cambodia through September and Australia in October.
