Adele to sing theme for new Bond film

Grammy award winning artist Adele has been confirmed as the singer of the next James Bond theme song.
Adele, who released the hit album 21 in 2011, has been confirmed as the singer of the new James Bond song for the film Skyfall after rumours regarding her involvement in the film's soundtrack circulated earlier last week.
By being chosen to sing the film's title track, Adele joins an exclusive club of artists including the likes of Shirley Bassy, Madonna, Duran Duran and Paul McCartney.
The news was confirmed by several news sites including Total Film and Contact Music.
Skyfall hits UK cinemas October 26, then rolls out worldwide in November.
