Green day has released the trailer for their upcoming album.

¡Uno! is set to be the first instalment of a trilogy of albums, predictably named ¡Uno!, ¡Dos! and ¡Tre!

More than a trailer, it's an outright reveal of what can be expected. At 11 seconds, whiteboard behind frontman Billie Joe Armstrong's head shows a list of new tunes. You can clearly see titles like Nuclear Family, Carpe Diem, Let Yourself Go, Crushing Bastards, Teenage Blue/Angel Blue, Trouble Maker, and Kill the DJ, are some of them.

The trailer also shows the album artwork and fleeting shots of what appears to be the artwork for the next album in the series called ¡Dos! The fact that the first shows Armstrong's face, and the second bassist Mike Dirnt's, I assume ¡Tre! will feature drummer Tré Cool. See what they did there?

Then the song that accompanies the ¡Uno! trailer... a very larger-than-life tribute to The Clash, perhaps? it's old school Green Day with a bit of maturity.

The album will be released on September 25.
