Hip-Hop star Jub Jub has left Survivor SA: Santa Carolina after only two episodes of the reality show - because of an infection in his private parts.

Jub Jub left the Mozambican island last night after explaining to host Nico Panagio how important his manhood was to him and that he was concerned about the condition of his "inner genitals".

The star will undergo an examination to see how serious the infection is. He was earlier attended to by medical staff for a cut on his foot caused by sharp coral.

Jub Jub's departure means that his tribe, Chibudu, has lost three members in a row - the others being Christina Storm and Garth Collins.

Chibudu won last night's challenge, resulting in tribe Tembila giving one of its strongest players, former Miss SA Cindy Nell, the boot despite her designing the tribe's shelter and being the star of the reward challenge.

The winner will walk away with R1-million - half of which is to be donated to a charity of their choice.
