There is nothing quite like braaied salmon
- 2 tots soy sauce
- 2 tots olive oil
- 2 tots lemon juice
- 4 x 150g salmon fillets
- For the mash potatoes
- Mediterranean potatoes
- 20g butter
- Handful parsley, chopped
Mix together the soy sauce, the olive oil and the lemon juice in a glass dish.
Place the salmon fillets in the marinade for at least half an hour.
Braai salmon on a hot braai for four minutes a side - or until seared on the outside and rare or pink on the inside.
Serve with rustic mash: Boil Mediterranean potatoes in salted water until tender.
Mash with 20g butter and a handful of chopped parsley.
