Strawberry Fluff
How to make Strawberry Fluff
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 tin evaporated milk
- 1 packet strawberry jelly (or any other flavour you find in the grocery cupboard)
- Fresh berries to serve
METHOD:
Place tin of evaporated milk in the fridge overnight.
Prepare the jelly according to the instructions on the packet.
Chill jelly in the fridge until just starting to set, and becoming wobbly.
Pour the jelly onto the cold evaporated milk. Whisk until thick and frothy (preferably with an electric beater).
Pour mixture into individual bowls or a large serving dish, and place back into the fridge to set completely.
Decorate with fresh seasonal berries and serve.
SERVES: Eight to 10
TIME: 15 minutes (excluding chilling time)
