First thing in the morning, I take my fat burners and prepare my food for the rest of the day. My nutrition is important and I stick to a healthy regime.

I eat every three hours and take supplements. At 8am, when I get to my gym, I have two scoops of protein shake, oats without sugar and two glasses of water. I try to drink between two and five litres of water a day; it's important to keep your body hydrated. At 11am, I have brown rice and two grilled chicken breasts. My next meal (at 1.30 or 2pm) of chicken, broccoli and rice prepares me for my personal workout. After my hour-and-a-half training session, I have a protein shake which is good for recovery. At 6.30pm, just before my "training of trainers" session, I have fish with veggies but no carbs. I close the gym at 9pm and my final meal just before I sleep is a slow-release protein drink.

If I am not competing, I might have a "cheat meal" on weekends: Nando's or occasionally a pizza, but I don't like to go off my diet. I don't eat curries (too oily), I avoid red meat and processed foods, and I don't drink or smoke.
