What a very interesting article (by Herman Griessel from Cape Town “White settlers never stole any land from Africans”). Let me start by saying I really appreciate what whites did to Africa in terms of infrastructure developments.
As they say, too much of a good thing can be bad and that’s the reason for Zimbabwe today. In a nutshell, white people owe blacks a lot. Whites you owe us honesty. You guys are so greedy that you are not even willing to share a plate of food with a black. Black people are very appreciative people. We appreciated your expertise and worked together with you guys to build the better life you have today, but we got nothing in return for our labour other than slavery and being called names.
In reality we don’t want our land back, we want to help rid you of your greed. We would appreciate a lot if you guys can learn to live, share and respect us as we respect you.
Land grabbing is just an excuse to get your attention. Now, why all of a sudden you guys are panicking when we talk about land redistribution. Something is funny with white mentality.
