Kill the World: POEM
From the wreckage of silent dreams/ We rise to dream another dream/ Love grows, it seems/ In the field of broken dreams
From the ruins of genocide
We rise again like the tide
We carry the burden of hate
Across the same road we take
From the ashes of blood violence is reborn
Hate from patriotism grows strong
From the plantation crossroads
Field slaves still carry the heavy load
Intelligence rise up in defiance
Only to be frozen in captured silence
Racial politics are a waste
Concerned only about what’s below the waist
From the destruction of civilisation
The earth shall rise up against the machine
Humankind must not survive
For life to recover and thrive
Maybe an intelligent life will be born
When we are all gone
