Support Swazi democracy first: iLIVE
I view with keen interest that South Africa is strengthening relations, both economic and political, with neighbouring states, even Swaziland, yet there is nothing that shows solidarity with those fighting for democracy there.
The fact that we are calling for democracy in Swaziland yet keep doing business with its dictator is a contradiction. We have to take a bold step as a country and stick to it.
Why don't we strengthen ties with organisations such as the Swaziland Solidarity Network so we can play a role in the democratisation of that country?
