Water just like e-toll exercise: iLIVE

Theo Martinez, Craighall Park | 18 April, 2012 00:24

First the ANC government forgets to invest in the power supply and power grid, and we get blackouts and massive price hikes.

Now the same is happening with the water supply. The ailing water infrastructure has never had attention nor investment, and now it is an expensive catch-up exercise.

The government is looking for private partners to help, but the private sector only gets involved to make money. We are about to semi-privatise our access to water. Sounds like the e-tolling of water.
