'Spears' on show at drop of zips: iLIVE

SF George, Cape Town, by e-mail | 31 May, 2012 00:14

Some people are so hung up on the Brett Murray painting issue that they seem to forget that every day in South Africa, men are seen relieving themselves anywhere they feel the urge.

Even with toilet facilities in sight, they drop their zips and hang out their "spears" in view of women.

Don't tell me this is a cultural issue when men do that. That act is not part of my culture, so why should we have to put up with "spears" ' hanging out all over our cities?

And don't blame the usual fall- back either - that they couldn't hold it in until they found a toilet.
