Nando's nearly on the money

It's easy to see why broadcasters wouldn't publish the Nando's "xenophobia" ad.

And it's not because of their declared reason, that is "it would be seen as promoting xenophobia". The ad wipes out the "we want our land back" argument when it is pointed out that the people who wail about cruel colonists were once colonists themselves.

All that is wrong with the ad is that the written version uses the insulting term used by the Khoikhoi (men of men) to describe the original inhabitants , that is, Khoisan (men of nothing).
