I was writing a letter to congratulate President Jacob Zuma on the appointment of Mangwashi Victoria Phiyega as national police commissioner.
My computer crashed before I could send the letter.
Maybe it was a sign that congratulations were premature. So, hold the congratulations, but crank up the hope.
Wouldn't it be great if integrity replaced corruption, even within the terms of the ministerial handbook?
