State jobs are not posts for training: iLIVE

The call for the redeployment of former police chief General Bheki Cele by ANC members shows the party is still far off the mark when it comes to the willingness to have the right people for the right job in leading positions ("ANC calls on Zuma to give Cele a new job", yesterday).

It should by now be clear that as a country - or even as a party - the ANC will only go forward by starting to have capable people deployed.

The jobs in government are not experimental or training posts. South Africa needs to be run by honest, morally fit people. It must be ruled in the interest of its people, not the selfish goals of self-enrichment of oneself or a group of people.
